Each hand painted metal piece, shown on our website, has been skillfully hand cut from heavy quality recycled 55 gallon steel drums by talented craftsmen using a hammer and chisel. This is not a stamped out metal design!  You will appreciate the way that certain areas of each piece has been rounded out and some of the features cut and lifted up to form a more life-like appearance. After being hand cut, each metal piece is then individually  hand painted to create a charming and treasured work of art.
